Romagnola Breed animals with a family tree. All the animals are born in the farm. They live outdoors during both the summer and winter seasons (they have lots of fun, they even swim in the farm canals), and they only eat grass from the fields, natural herbs, and hey from our own harvest.
Average size Sorana* of 400,00kg - 60% yield: usable meat 240,00kg. Divided in 8 parts, each with 30,00kg; containing the same amounts of steak, fillet, top side, large chop with and without bone, ground beef, marrowbone (Ossobuco), liver, heart, kidney, and one tongue.
SPECIAL NOTE: The final cost will be calculated according to the final cost of the acquired product.
The WHOLE order should be picked up within TWO days of being brought from the slaughter house.
*Sorana: Female bovine used specifically for meat. The animal is over a year old and has never given birth. The Sorana Fillet is a Venetian specialty.
